Posted: 4/1/2025
COLUMBUS, Ohio - Franklin County and Central Ohio are forecast to be at a Moderate Risk for severe weather throughout the day tomorrow (Wednesday) with the potential for hail, heavy rain, damaging winds, and tornadoes.
Due to the threat of severe weather and to avoid any confusion, Franklin County Emergency Management and Homeland Security (FCEM&HS) will suspend the noon test of the Franklin County Outdoor Warning Siren System tomorrow, April 2, 2025.
If the sirens sound, the National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Warning for the local area and residents should take action.
