COLUMBUS, Ohio— Due to the possibility of severe weather in the area today, Franklin County Emergency Management and Homeland Security (FCEM&HS) will suspend its Wednesday noon test today of the Franklin County Outdoor Warning Siren System. FCEM&HS is suspending the test to avoid any confusion with the siren system’s operation to indicate a Tornado Warning and the need to take protective measures.
FCEM&HS expects to resume the weekly siren test next week as scheduled.
