Due to the holiday season, Franklin County Emergency Management and Homeland Security (FCEM&HS) will suspend the audible noon test of the Franklin County Outdoor Warning Siren System on Wednesday, December 25, 2019 and Wednesday, January 1, 2020.
FCEM&HS expects to resume the weekly siren test on Wednesday, January 8, 2020. Happy Holidays!
