FCEM&HS Director Michael R. Pannell hosted Mr. Yoshiake Inoue, a Japanese social worker with extensive experience in Disaster Management on Tuesday, October 8th. Director Pannell explained the agency’s mission, authority, and operations during an hour long presentation, translated in Japanese. Mr. Inoue visited FCEM&HS as part of a two-week program to learn about emergency management through the Columbus International Program (CIP).
