FCEM&HS Director Michael R. Pannell recognized Abby Williams, doctoral candidate in Japanese linguistics and pedagogy, at the FCEM&HS Executive Committee Meeting today for her Japanese translation of FCEM&HS agency operations during a presentation to Mr. Yoshiake Inoue. Mr. Yoshiake Inoue, a Japanese social worker with extensive experience in Disaster Management visited FCEM&HS on Tuesday, October 8th as part of a two-week program to learn about emergency management through the Columbus International Program (CIP).
